The deadline was missed for various reasons so we gave them the benefit of the doubt and set a new date and that was missed again, continuously making up excuses without an apology for the inconvenience. After missing the deadline three times she just offered a refund claiming she didn't need our business.
Wouldn't trust her to print off my sons homework.
